The Board meets monthly on the third Wednesday at the Willow Oaks Branch Library in the conference room. Meetings are held from 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm and all Howe Farms neighbors are welcome and invited to attend.  The association conducts an annual General Membership meeting in April.
