Meeting Dates
The 2026 schedule for the monthly Howe Farms HOA Board of Directors' meetings will be the third Wednesday of each month. Meetings will be held at the Willow Oaks Branch Library in the conference room, from 5:30pm to 6:45pm.

In order to save the cost of printing and distributing The Howe Farmer newsletters, the Spring 2019 edition will be the last paper copy delivered to homes. Future newsletters will be distributed by email. You may also access newsletters on this website, under the Communications drop-down menu. Howe Farms is a wonderful neighborhood with a vibrant community. Join us as we bring together neighbors and engage in our community, and work to continue to make Howe Farms a premier community on the peninsula! The Howe Farms Homes Association is very active in an effort to maintain our solid community. Membership in the association is mandatory, which ensures adequate funding for the common areas to be properly maintained. Billing for the association is done on a annual basis.
The association conducts an annual General Membership meeting in April, and the Board of Directors meets monthly. The State of Virginia requires homeowners' associations to establish an effective and free method for lot owners to communicate among themselves and with the Board of directors regarding any matter concerning the association.
